How do I find out the shipping rate?
After you selected the shipping method and press APPLY, the shipping rate will be listed on the left side of the screen. Please note some items are only eligible for Ground or Trucking due to their weight and the size.
Do you ship international?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to any other country beside United States at the present time. We do require an US billing and shipping address.
Do you ship to other U.S. territories other then the 50 states?
Unfortunately we do not ship to other U.S. territories such as Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico, etc.
Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?
Yes we ship to Hawaii and Alaska. However, certain items we carry exceed the standard size and weight, so we are unable to ship to Hawaii and Alaksa on those items.
What carriers do you use?
We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS as our shipping carriers. We also use reliable trucking company for heavy, oversized items.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. The tracking number for your order will be automatically emailed to you once the order is being shipped. You will be able to track the shipment at our carriers' website.
Do you ship to APO / FPO address?
Yes we do ship to oversea U.S. military address. We will email you a quote for the shipping rate after we received your order, please note that some items are unable to ship to oversea military address due to their weight or size.
Do you ship to P.O. Box address?
At this time we are not able ship to P.O. box address with the carriers we use.
Why my shipping method changed to Ground or Trucking?
We are only able to use Ground on most of our items due to their weight and size (Trucking on some selected items). The shipping rate will be adjusted as well.
Can I have my order ship to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes, we are able to ship to an address other than your credit card's billing address. However, we do require an authorization, so that we can help cut down on fraudulent usage of credit cards, that is currently so prevalent on the internet. This one step helps us cut down on fraud, keeps our costs down, and enables us to provide our customers with the lowest price possible. The procedure is done strictly to protect consumers, as well as ourselves as a merchant. We realize that this policy may be slightly inconvenient, however it enables us to provide you with the best possible price. We hope you understand our position, and thank you for your cooperation. Here are the authorization procedures that we accept:
Option #1: Contact your credit card issuer to have your shipping address added as an authorized shipping address in their records. Please send an e-mail to sales@cyphergames.com when the address is successfully added.
Option #2: Send us a Fax Authorization contains the following items after you placed the order:
1. Copy of front and back of the credit card
2. Copy of the picture ID
3. A statement reading "I authorize CypherGames to ship my order to the following (shipping) address, followed by the billing address and your order number
4. A handwritten signature
And fax to: 909-287-0980
Lost / Damage packages?
All claims for shipment shortage and errors must be reported within 72 hours to CypherGames at 909-287-0881 or info@cyphergames.com from which the order received. Otherwise, CypherGames is not responsible for such claim. We will investigate the error, prepare the necessary documents and make the arrangements required to correct the error.
If you see there's physical damage on the package upon delivery from carrier, please refuse acceptance of the package and notify us immediately.
Damaged shipments should address directly to the freight carrier by recipient. Most carriers require damage claims to be filed by the receiver. However, you may contact our customer service at 909-287-0881 to help facilitate your claim. Please note that we ONLY accept damage claim within 3 days upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse any damage claim after 3 days of the delivery.
Claims for lost shipments should be reported to CypherGames. We will contact the carrier to have your shipment traced. In any event, we are committed to working with you to resolve problems that result from carrier error or mishandling.
Can I come and pick up my order?
Yes. However, you need to place your order online first and select "WILL CALL" as your shipping menthod. There is a $5.00 handling fee for this service. We will send you an email once your package is ready to pick up. Remember you must bring your photo ID and credit card you used for the purchase at the pick up.
