In the unfortunate event you receive a defective product, we do sincerely apologize. Please keep in mind that we do not manufacturer the components, therefore we have no control over the defective rate. However, we are here to help and will be happy to assist you with a replacement within the allotted warranty period. Our warranty does not cover misuse of products, which has lead to malfunctioning.
Before returning any item, you must contact
rma@cyphergames.com within of your warranty period for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and an RMA request form. Please include your name, the invoice number, item's description, and the reason for the return. We will reply your inquiry shortly with the RMA number and the RMA Request Form.
RMA number will NOT be given by phone.Ship products to Cyphergames RMA Department freight prepaid and print/write RMA Number clearly on all packages.
Include copies of all relevant invoice and RMA request form with the package.
Please note that returns must be made within 30 days of your ship date or 15 days if you are requesting for a refund. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. All products (unless noted on the product's description) are sold with 30 days replacement warranty and 15 days refund warranty. Extended warranties are sometimes offered on certain items as an option. In order to receive a refund/credit you must return all items within 15 days of the ship date with shipping pre-paid.
15% restocking fee applies to non-defective return and exchange, shipping charge is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please note that if you are requesting for a refund on any items that come with a free gift, the free gift must be returned together with the item, otherwise, we will charge the gift at our sale price.
Once we received the return package that complied with the RMA policy, please allow seven business days processing time. We reserve the right to refuse / reject any return that does not meet our RMA guidelines.
